The Surface Clinic website logs IP addresses and browser types, but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user’s session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous. You can browse our site without entering any personal information, and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. However, forms may ask for personal information such as name, postal address, email address and telephone number to enable us to send out the requested information, and make any future visits to our site easier.
We operate CCTV in our clinic facility in communal areas and some treatment rooms for the purposes of training and continuous improvement.

Delivery on all orders greater than £100 are free of charge to the UK. Delivery on orders less than £100 is £6 to the UK. Delivery for items sent outside the UK (and within the EU) regardless of the amount spent will be calculated on a case by case basis. All orders to the UK are sent via UK Mail signed for delivery. You will need to sign for your package - if you are not in, UK Mail should leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve it. UK Mail Signed for Delivery aims to deliver by the next working day but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day providing the product is available. We can track your item on request.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) and appointment "no shows" will result in deposits being forfeited. In the case of appointments that form part of a course of treatment, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining number of treatments.
If you have not booked in person our customer services team will call to take payment over the phone.
New clients should arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to complete registration documentation. Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes before their appointment to ensure that their treatment can start on time.
Late arrivals may not receive a complete treatment – Surface Clinic staff will always do their best to provide full treatment but cannot keep other clients waiting.
All laser courses must be completed within 12 months.
Although it will always be a priority, Surface Clinic cannot guarantee that all treatments are performed by the same practitioner.
As we are an appointment only based clinic we kindly ask only the person(s) undergoing the consultation and treatment to attend the appointments.
If you are bringing young children to Surface Clinic, please ensure that there is a supervising adult with them at all times as Surface Clinic staff cannot supervise and neither can children be taken into treatment rooms.
If you have paid for a consultation, please be aware that the outcome of the consultation may be information and advice that you are unsuitable for treatment.
It is important that you provide all medical history asked of you. Surface Clinic will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information or failure to follow instructions from Surface Clinic staff.

Online bookings require card details to be entered using our secure online payments by Worldpay. NO details are held by Surface Clinic at any time.
In the event of missed appointments or cancellations, £25 will automatically be deducted from your card via online payments.
A no show or late cancellation with these bookings will result in a £25 charge on the customer's account which must be paid before any further goods or services can be obtained from Surface Clinic .
A complimentary review appointment is offered, within 14 days after facial Botox treatment. Adjustments made at the review for Botox treatment are free of charge.
If reviews are made later than 3 weeks after treatment, only significant asymmetries or problems will be adjusted and this will be at the practitioners discretion.
General "top-ups" will not be performed after 2 weeks post treatment.
Filler treatments are charged by the vial. Practitioners will do their best to advise on the amount required for desired results but there is a margin of error in this. If sufficient results have not been achieved, further filler may be purchased at the advertised rate.
Any treatments purchased on this website and not used within 14 days can be refunded. A £10 admin fee will be deducted to process your refund. Postage and Packaging cannot be refunded.
All skin care products
All skin care products and treatments are non-refundable. Due to health and safety reasons and given the nature of the medical products and risk of storage and contamination.
Opened or used products cannot be refunded for any reason unless they are defective. If you have suffered an unexpected reaction to any product, please seek advice from Surface Clinic staff who can advise on alternatives. Most reactions are expected and will have been discussed with you - in these cases, Surface Clinic staff will give further advice on future use. Treatments cannot be exchanged for other products or treatments. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Promotions and Pricing
Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless specifically stated. Promotions and Offers can be withdrawn at any time. All treatments, products and offers are subject to availability. Prices can change at any time without notice. In the event of pricing errors, Surface Clinic reserves the right to not proceed with the sale. Any problems with treatments performed (or products purchased) from Surface Clinic MUST be reported as soon as they are discovered with photographs emailed to email@example.com Ideally, practitioners need to examine problems in person and this should be arranged as soon as possible. Many problems heal without long-term complications as long as they are dealt with promptly. Surface Clinic cannot be held responsible for problems that occur or are made worse due to a lack of reporting/updates or following Surface Clinic advice.
Surface Clinic endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Surface Clinic you are entitled to lodge a complaint in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Surface Clinic will be pleased to help and support you through the process. All complaints should be in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for the attention of the General Manager. You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 2 days of its receipt and complaint full resolution and response with 28 days unless we require further time to investigate. The General Manager will investigate your complaint which may involve you attending further consultation with an Surface Clinic staff member. If your complaint is treatment related the matter will be discussed with the relevant practitioner and may require you to attend an additional consultation with that practitioner or an alternative member of the clinic's medical team, including the Medical Director. The objective of this is to provide an explanation or a solution to your concerns. Surface Clinic aims to furnish you with a full written response within 28 days or where this is not possible, an explanation as to the cause of the delay.
