I had a hydra-facial, which I have had many times previously elsewhere, however I did not receive the same results as I did here. “I had bad patches of melasma on my face and was tired of using makeup to cover up I used all sorts of high end products saying I’ll see a difference but unfortunately nothing worked until I came across surface clinic. I was put on my zo program by Roxy who explained everything in detail about my skin and about the products il be using 2 months later my skin is really clean the patches have disappeared and skin looks healthy. I don’t use makeup unless I’m going somewhere special. I’d recommend to anyone who has patience and who is willing to go that extra mile. “My experience at Surface clinic with Roxy and her staff has been amazing. I had been to several dermatologists prior to discovering surface clinic with no satisfactory results. When i first had consultation with Roxy, she advised me that the treatment i was after works for some and doesn’t work for others. She suggested a less expensive alternative to begin with. I went away and had time to reflect. 4 months later i contacted Roxy to say i was happy to give the treatment a go ahead and i fully understood the cons and pros. Staff were amazing and polite, i travel for about an hour to get my treatments, sometimes it’s out of my control, i give myself enough time to make it there on time, however, i have had times when i was late (once or twice) and i was the last appointment of the day. None of the staff complained and were very understanding. Of course this wasn’t a habit, but i appreciated the fact that they understood it wasn’t intentional. Roxy is very professional, her consultations are full of both cons and pros where applicable. I choose surface clinic after my first consultation because the treatment i wanted is very costly, not only at “Surface Clinic”, but everywhere else. But Roxy did not see the opportunity to make money first, she put me first as a client, sent me away with alternatives to fix my issues and i contacted her months later after making a decision. I was not under pressure to go back nor did i get a discount. I just felt she was genuine, she put clients and safety first. Fast forward about 4/5 months later …. i am happy with my results. I have thrown away any treatments/routines i was following prior to Roxy. My skin is glowing and i am more confident. Wish i had discovered surface clinic years ago. I have also explored other treatments in the clinic and results are amazing. Just by talking to Roxy, you can understand she loves what she does and knows exactly what she’s talking about. Even her staff are well trained and provide satisfactory information. The most important thing is, Roxy takes time to listen and truly understands what you need. With dermatologists i visited before surface clinic, they viewed my problems as petty and yet they affected my daily life. I will not ever trust another clinic, i am happy with surface clinic. Not to mention, the clinic is very clean and plenty parking around.
